A 13-hr journey turned into 28 hours and counting! Boarded train 12940 on time, but after Surat it was derouted with ZERO info to passengers. Stuck at Jalgaon for 7+ hrs now, no update on 139, no support,nothing,Just major mismanagement & inconvenience
