My credit card ending with 7052 has been marked as CLOSED without my request despite all dues being cleared. My registered mobile number has also been removed, and your branch is refusing to update it unless I open a savings account.
@AxisBank@AxisBankSupport have already visited the branch and followed all instructions provided, yet I am still unable to get any clarity on my card status or mobile number update request. It is extremely frustrating that I cannot even reach a support representative to discuss the matter.
Kindly provide a clear status update on:
Mobile number updation request
Reason for card closure/inactive status
Timeline for resolution
Requesting immediate intervention from the concerned team
More importantly, my credit card ending with 7052 continues to remain inactive/closed, and I am unable to connect with a customer care executive for clarification or resolution This matter has been pending for days despite repeated assurances.

खड़ा रहा, फिर भी टिकट नहीं मिल सका। हजारों यात्रियों वाले स्टेशन पर एकमात्र काउंटर की व्यवस्था पूरी तरह विफल और शर्मनाक है। करोड़ों रुपये स्टेशन के विकास पर खर्च किए जाते हैं, लेकिन बुनियादी यात्री सुविधाओं की ऐसी बदहाली स्वीकार्य नहीं है।
