The diagnosis was Ventricular and Subarachnoid Neurocysticercosis. He went for surgery for ventricular cyst removal (see image) and had a ventricular drain placed. Is now on steroids, methotrexate, albendazole, and praziquantel with plans to treat for over 12 months.
