I will say one thing that I will disagree with was making peace w/ parents. My mom passed, never got closure, and I'm okay with that. She wouldn't have been able to give me the closure I needed, so why put both of us in that position?

I'm in human resources, and I would never suggest that. The cost of onboarding an employee can be very expensive & it's wasteful if you know you're not going to be there for a good duration. It's best that you just don't take the job and continue to look

@Nightrangergirl At those ages, yes. It's important to have honesty, maybe not go into specific details, but definitely sharing certain things regarding addiction & recovery is important, especially since they are more susceptible. I'm the daughter of an alcoholic and I'm honest with my 13 yo.

Isn't it a little deceptive that your menu does not show charges for items? I have to be told by a worker that there's an additional charge if you want 3 vs. 2 sides. When I asked where the charge notification was they said it's not up there we just tell you 🤦‍♀️
