दोस्तों सभी से निवेदन है कि इसे फैलाओ मूल अधिकारों पर संविधान सभा में एडवाइजरी कमेटी बनी थी जिसके अध्यक्ष खुद सरदार पटेल थे इसमें अंबेडकर भी सदस्य थे नेहरू गोविंद बल्लभ पंत KM मुंशी जगजीवन राम राजेन्द्र प्रसाद जैसे सभी बड़े लोग इसमें थे
इस कमेटी ने भी बोला था कि इक्वलिटी मूल अधिकार है और बैकवर्ड क्लास को दिया जा रहा आरक्षण अपवाद
हमारे संविधान निर्माता ने आर्टिकल 16 (1)में इक्वलिटी को पहले नंबर पर रखा और आरक्षण को चौथे नंबर पर 16(4)
अब आप आरक्षण वालो को प्रमाण से बताओ कि हमारी इक्वलिटी संवैधानिक अधिकार है और तुम्हारा आरक्षण एक अपवाद और concession
इसीलिए सुप्रीम को��्ट ने भी यही जजमेंट दिए है कि आरक्षण कोई अधिकार नही है ये सरकार की मर्जी पर है

यानी मध्य प्रदेश के आरक्षण वाले केस में जीत हमारी यानी इक्वलिटी की होगी और हार अपवाद यानी 50 से ज्यादा आरक्षण करने वालों की होगी

Subject: Request for Presidential Intervention Regarding Disparaging Remarks Made by the Chief Justice of India Against Lord Vishnu

Respected Rashtrapati Ji,

I, a concerned citizen of this nation and a devotee of Sanatan Dharma, am writing to you with utmost pain and anguish over the recent remarks made by the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India concerning Lord Vishnu, revered by crores of Hindus across Bharat.

Such statements from the highest judicial authority of our land not only wound the sentiments of millions of believers but also cast serious doubts on the impartiality, dignity, and responsibility expected of the office of the Chief Justice of India. The Constitution of India, under Article 25, guarantees the right to freely profess and practice one’s religion. When such sacred sentiments are mocked or disparaged by those who are constitutionally bound to protect them, it creates a grave breach of public trust.

I therefore humbly request Your Excellency, as the Constitutional Head of the Union and the Guardian of the Constitution, to kindly intervene in this matter. The following actions may be considered in the interest of justice and communal harmony:

1. Direct the Chief Justice of India to issue an unconditional public apology to crores of Hindus whose sentiments have been deeply hurt.
2. In case of refusal, initiate steps to ensure his resignation from the post.
3. Should neither of the above occur, I urge Your Excellency to recommend to Parliament the initiation of impeachment proceedings under Article 124(4) of the Constitution of India for proven misbehavior and conduct unbecoming of his office.

The judiciary is the last hope of the common citizen. If those entrusted with safeguarding the Constitution themselves indulge in disparaging remarks against the faith of millions, it undermines both the rule of law and the secular fabric of India.

I therefore beseech Your Excellency to treat this representation with the utmost seriousness and ensure that justice is not only done but is also seen to be done.

तो नियम होता है कि आरक्षण वाले मेरीटोरियस कैंडिडेट को ओपन कैटेगरी में अंतिम चरण में स्थान दिया जाता है जब अंतिम चरण का फाइनल रिजल्ट आएगा तो ओपन कैटेगरी की मेरिट ईडब्ल्यूएस ��बीसी सबसे ज्यादा निकलेगी इसलिए कुछ नियम और संविधान पढ़ लो नहीं तो ऐसे ही अपने को फर्जी जन्मजात सामाजिक नीच शोषित पीड़ित इत्यादि कहकर पढ़ाई में छूट मांग कर पढ़ाई चोरी करनी पड़ेगी
अपने पूर्वजों को नॉर्मल मनुष्य की जगह पिछड़ा मनुष्य कहना पड़ेगा

मराठा जजमेंट में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने प्रस्तुत आकड़ो के आधार पर जजमेंट दिया था कि महाराष्ट्र की कुल जमीन का 75 परसेंट अकेले मराठो के पास है
80 परसेंट सुगर फैक्टरी अकेले मराठो के पास है
इसके अलावा 1901 के भारत सरकार के गजट में लिखा है कि हरयाणा की 70 परस��ंट जमीन अकेले जाटो के पास थी
और अभी रेसेन्ट स्टडी में 80 परसेंट जमीन हो गई है
एक प्रश्न है कि जो लोग सारे देश में बोलते हैं बोलते हैं आबादी के बराबर हक होता है वही लोग
महाराष्ट्र और हरियाणा पंजाब में यह मांग करने की हिम्मत क्यों नहीं करते आखिर इसके पीछे का क्या कारण है?
तो क्या जो आबादी के बराबर हिस्सा मांग रहे हैं क्या वह अब जाटों और मराठों की जमीन छीन कर अब आबादी के बराबर सबको जमीन बाटेंगे?

It is very anguishing to see the recent statement made by the CJI of the world’s largest democracy. The remarks, directed against Lord Vishnu and Sanatan Dharma, are deeply disrespectful and hurt the faith of millions of Hindus.
But what is even more disturbing is the silence. Why are the Shankaracharyas, the Mahamandleshwars, and all the so-called thekedars of Sanatan Dharma remaining mum?
At a time when the very essence of our Dharma is being insulted, their silence raises painful questions.
Sanatan is eternal, it is unshakable, and it commands respect. No one has the right to use abusive language against our Dharma or our deities. This is the time for every Hindu — citizen, leader, and believer — to stand united and give a strong and dignified answer.
Tolerance must not be mistaken for weakness. Sanatan has faced countless challenges across thousands of years, and it will continue to flourish — but only if we rise together, with courage, unity, and conviction.
