@UG_Airlines Travelled yesterday with @UG_Airlines with my 2 young children. NONE of our 5 luggages were delivered. Same thing happened to the other mom travelling with a child in the same plane. And no compensation was offered! What a nice way to treat mothers on Mothers’ Day really!!
