It has been so lovely for our students to have a full afternoon outside in the glorious sunshine. It has also been great for the staff!
Well done to everyone who took part today, and a big thank you to EVERYONE for showing your support and cheering your fellow students on 👏🏼
This morning we used clips from Roman Kemp’s recent documentary, Our Silent Emergency, to explore suicide and mental health in young men.
The documentary and discussions have helped our year 10s recognise the importance of talking when we are struggling 🗣
From 1 June, the First Response number for urgent mental health support will change to 0800 952 1181, so that all calls are free. The service is open 24/7 for people of all ages in Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven.
It’s so important to remember the physical affects that mental health has on the body.
We need to ensure that mental health is taken just as seriously as physical health as the two are directly linked.

Isn’t it a lovely sunny Monday? ☀️
Just the bit of #MondayMotivation that we needed to get in the garden and do some calm #StressBusting yoga. 🧘♂️🧘🏼🧘🏽♀️
It’s perfect for #StressManagement due to its calming and relaxing nature. What’s your favourite pose?
