⚖️ Fighting for Jobs Fair Recruitment & Equal Opportunity
🇮🇳 Our Voice • Our Rights • Our Future
Zahoor Ahmed holds a Master’s degree. Today, he drives for a living.
There are lakhs like him in J&K.
Real life walking & talking victims of paper scams,of merit being punished.
People like Zahoor is why we fight. And also precisely why we must win & why cannot afford to loose.
🚨 EDUCATION IS NOT A CRIME!
@officeofSMI stands in absolute solidarity with the Union of JKSSB Students & Aspirants. The @jkssbofficial #MTS Advertisement 09/2026 locking out Graduates, PGs, and PhDs is pure institutional cruelty.
What makes this sinister is the deception. The @JKNC_ government led by Yuvraj @OmarAbdullah set up a committee to review this qualification bar, yet sneaked the post out before the report could see the light of day! Ladakh removed this regressive rule, but our conceited CM is sprinting backward.
Our party @JKPCOfficial stands shoulder-to-shoulder with our youth. Tomorrow, we are sending formal representation letters to the @PMOIndia , @HMOIndia , Union Edu Minister, @OfficeOfLGJandK and Chairman @jkssbofficial .
To all affected students, if you face any issues, drop your grievances on our official WhatsApp numbers: 9419552222, 9419983333, 7006032222. LET MERIT DECIDE—NOT A REGRESSIVE BAR! ⚖️

@omarabdullah remove this unjustified and restrictive qualification bar on MTS
LADAKH -- Graduates eligible
SSC MTS -- Graduates eligible
Other States-- Graduates eligible
Please remove this restrictive bar in jk
📢 A HUMBLE REQUEST TO THE GOVERNMENT OF J&K
Hon’ble @OmarAbdullah@Surinderch55@sakinaitoo@JavedDar_NC@JavedRanaa@satishsharmajnk@nasirsogami@JKSTUDENTSASSO@NasirKhuehami
We request the Hon’ble Government to REMOVE THE HIGHER-QUALIFICATION BAR from MTS posts and ensure that highly educated youth are not unfairly excluded from the opportunity to apply.
🎓 Higher education is NOT a crime.
📚 A degree should never become a disqualification for seeking an honest government job.
💼 Let merit, eligibility and the candidate’s willingness to work decide—not the level of education.
Thousands of educated aspirants are waiting for a fair opportunity. We urge the authorities to reconsider the qualification criteria in the interest of J&K’s youth.
🙏 Give every eligible aspirant a fair chance.

'AS U SOW' SO SHALL U REAP'
Higher education must not become a disqualification. Remove the maximum qualification cap from MTS recruitment in J&K.
J&K’s unemployment rises with education:
8.1% 12th
18.3% Graduates
23% Post-Graduates.

Dear J&K Bank Chairman (@JandKBank ), with upcoming PO and Clerk recruitments totaling 1400 posts, we earnestly request you to Provide Age Relaxation of 8 years
Respected sir @sunil_sharmaBJP Ur LOP of jk assembly.. Ur duty is to raise the public issues.. Unemployment.. Corruption etc in assembly but rarely we have seen that happen.. Pls its our humble request raise the issue of MTS RECRUITMENT RULES..
The decision to wrap up the J&K Assembly Session in just seven days sittings is deeply regrettable. A session that should have lasted nearly a month has been reduced to only seven days, denying adequate time for meaningful discussion on the issues concerning the people.
Remove the maximum qualification cap for JKSSB MTS posts.
Amend S.O. 184 of 2020 and the relevant MTS recruitment rules so that candidates with qualifications above 10+2 are not barred from applying.
Education should never become a disqualification for employment. Graduates and postgraduates should get an equal opportunity to compete on merit.
We urge the J&K Government to amend the rules and ensure justice for MTS aspirants.
