I think they're overcrowded.
Imagine if projects capped participation instead of letting millions join. Like they should start adding limitations cause
They'd know exactly:
• how many users they're rewarding,
• how to allocate the reward pool fairly,
• and participants would have realistic expectations

Fewer participants, better rewards, less disappointment or what do you think?

So now would you rather have an uncapped campaign with tiny rewards, or an FCFS/capped campaign where everyone has a meaningful allocation?
