@J_U_Ada@SachaBandaIK@freemonotheist Knowingly possessing stolen goods is indeed a crime however it is a separate offence to the actual crime of stealing, which takes me back to the point that knowingly having a stolen item is a crime but it doesn't also make you guilty of the original theft.
@J_U_Ada@SachaBandaIK@freemonotheist I didn't claim that it did, just that it wasn't the British that took it from Egypt in the first place, it currently sits In the British museum and it's future is a subject for further debate.
@SachaBandaIK@freemonotheist No offense but that stone was taken from Egypt by Napoleon Bonaparte, and when it was found by his forces there I believe that it was being used as a piece of a buildings foundation by locals who didn't know or care what it was.
@arbitorian@SJTimes13 Unfortunately the whole point of the series is to set up grand admiral thrawn for live action viewers so people will know who he is before they do the heir to the empire movie.
@LadyTano501st This is exactly like thrawn, his men have been trapped for years in a strange galaxy with little hope of returning home. What better strategy than to give them hope in the form of himself and keep them together until his plans come to fruition.
