Very poor customer service experience from @SamsungIndia. Saying my #s21fe is out of warranty and charging 14k for #greenlineissue screen replacement without even checking the fault properly. Never buying a samsung phone again. Disappointed. Bring in some ethics @SamsungMobile

#S21FE Facing display line issue with 2 white lines since yesterday. Seems a common issue after the Nov update.
@SamsungIndia Please take ownership to resolve customer issues as I don't see any official address from Samsung.
