ring @nzpost in the hope to get my lovely courier back but i got the worst service ever. all i wanted to do was return the parcel as it doesn't belong to me. i thought the zip codes was meant to help seems it doesn't.

@nzpost no one has come yet but we will see. every other time its been next day. issue is label doesn't have a city on it. has suburb from one town, zip from another and it landed on my door step. companies with auto fill addresses need to work better on making sure they are correct.
