@simonpegg@HogwartsLegacy@AvalancheWB@wbgames Cannot wait to hear you in the game Mr Pegg! Looking to be a superb game and perfectly envisions what we love about the Wizarding world and its awesome to have one of my favourite actors be a part of it! Even if it is to block my progress at every turn! Haha
Rewatching Clarksons Farm for the 15th time, dunno what it is about this show, but it just is so wholesome and fun, while informative, and I love to listen to it while working. @JeremyClarkson Can't wait for the next season!
@MarcTieman@ProfessorConst@galmasy @ikillyouheal @cattv96 @MercedesAMGF1 Last tweet here: Also, Merc made a call based upon the rules and what they know should be the call based on the precedent of the previous race, for the director to completely change the call at the last minute, which broke with all previous decisions, hence the poor execution.
@MarcTieman@ProfessorConst@galmasy @ikillyouheal @cattv96 @MercedesAMGF1 Shame they didn't follow through with the appeal. I think Max is a brilliant driver, but this should not be allowed to happen again in the future. FIA has been a complete mess all season long.
@MarcTieman@ProfessorConst@galmasy @ikillyouheal @cattv96 @MercedesAMGF1 The lapped cars could not un-lap themselves, because they couldn't overtake the safety car till the second to last lap because of the clearing away of debris on the track. The only real solution which both did not breach regulation and follow precedent was to not un-lap & go.
@HiFiHypotheken @ProfessorConst@galmasy @ikillyouheal @cattv96 @MercedesAMGF1 3:
C: Finish the race under the safety car, was the one option which was not preferable, hence The Race Director should have taken one of the other two options.
@HiFiHypotheken @ProfessorConst@galmasy @ikillyouheal @cattv96 @MercedesAMGF1 2: There was two legitimate options still available other than this fudging of the rules.
A: Restart the race with the backmarkers in the middle.
B: Red Flag the Race and Restart it, having a 4 lap sprint finish to the end. (This is probably not the best either.
@HiFiHypotheken @ProfessorConst@galmasy @ikillyouheal @cattv96 @MercedesAMGF1 They agreed that it was preferable. They also cannot agree to something which breaches the regulations. So what they agreed to, was that if where possible and not in breach of any rules or regulations, it was preferable that the race should end under green flag conditions.
@ProfessorConst@galmasy @ikillyouheal @cattv96 @MercedesAMGF1 4: cleared for him, and he had two backmarkers behind him to defend his rear from Carlos, so it was extremely likely he would win, but also it clearly did not treat the drivers equally. Not for Hamilton, Carlos or any of the other drivers fighting for points in the Championship.
@ProfessorConst@galmasy @ikillyouheal @cattv96 @MercedesAMGF1 3: did not have to worry about defending his position, and had free rein to attack and not have to worry about defending. When looking holistically at the entire situation and why Verstappen won, not just the rules being broken, but he had fresh tires, the path in front was...
@ProfessorConst@galmasy @ikillyouheal @cattv96 @MercedesAMGF1 1: I mean, that is up for debate, but I am a Solicitor and when I read the rules and regulations, the stewards were very much in breach of multiple rules and were in no way following precedent in this race. Multiple other legal professionals have already broken this down.
@ProfessorConst@galmasy @ikillyouheal @cattv96 @MercedesAMGF1 2: Not bias here, Hamilton would have won because under both legitimate scenarios, either they leave the cars in their position like with a VSC, Hamilton keeps his lead and wins the race, or they let all the lapped cars overtake the safety car and unfortunately this means race...
@ProfessorConst@galmasy @ikillyouheal @cattv96 @MercedesAMGF1 1: This is the rule yes, however they did not let all the cars un-lap themselves as this would have meant the safety car needed to stay out one more lap, meaning Hamilton wins the race and the race would have ended under the safety car, legally Hamilton won.
@JeremyClarkson I found Clarkson's Farm, both truly entertaining and informative! Bravo sir. Hoping for another season.
It's funny, I looked down the reviews on Amazon, and the only bad comments were nothing to do with the show... xD
