@TheJerzWay The only tax optimization nowadays is to have HQ and then play with sophisticated price transfer, licenses, royalties, IP assignment etc., between HQ and local branch where you really operate, maximizing also local incentives. This is what Big 4 does, not random X advisors.

@TheJerzWay Most of these countries are not producing any value. They are not productive. Productivity is the key. More intermediaries = more parasites = inflated prices and poor quality at th same time. How poor economy like Paraguay can have already same prices as in Poland or Albania man?

Poland is buying Britain.

Poland’s richest man just filed plans to build 14 nuclear reactors across the UK. £35 billion. Enough clean power for 8 million homes for the next 60 years. The largest private nuclear investment in British history, and it’s Polish.

Britain gave the world its first commercial nuclear power station in 1956. For decades it exported reactor technology, expertise, and engineers to the rest of the planet. Now a Polish billionaire is coming to switch the lights back on at a plant that closed in 2012.

Twenty years ago, Poland was the country sending plumbers to London. Today it sends reactors.

That’s the story of the last quarter century in one deal. Poland’s GDP per capita has quadrupled since joining the EU. Britain has spent the same period arguing about planning permission for a single runway. One country compounded. The other stalled. And now the capital flows the other way.

The reactors will employ British workers and power British homes. But the symbolism is unmistakable. The country that invented civilian nuclear power now needs a foreign billionaire to rebuild it.

Britain forgot how to build the future. Poland is buying it back for them.

@SladamiPolonii W Guarani das Missoes dużo mocniejsza Polonia. Zdecydowanie. Smutne jest to, że w LatAm duża część tej Polonii jest przesiąknięta lokalnymi systemami, i kiepskimi wartościami, które te systemy promują (korupcja i inne). Nasi, mówią po polsku, ale już mental potrafi być inny.

@JestemApache @realtek12345 Trzeba ich podstępem. Większym niż oni zwykli to robić. Polacy powinni się jednoczyć, działać jak oni z ukrycia, pamiętać o swojej tożsamości narodowej zawsze, ale wtedy kiedy trzeba - nawet ja ukrywać. W ten sposób w końcu mielibyśmy kontrolę.

@JestemApache @realtek12345 Ciężko będzie wszystkich uświadomić. Nie ma sensu ogólnie. Silne zamknięte społeczności to jest sposób aby się bronić, a najlepszą obroną jest atak. Taki, który jest przemyślany i daje KONTROLĘ. Żadne ślepe robienie kasy. Kasa potrzebna, ale długoterminowo liczy się kontrola.
