Q4: Our priority is instruction and student learning. My priority is getting into classrooms and talking about learning; working with teachers to set realistic, challenging goals with each student is a school wide next step.

Q3: The word "relentless" keeps coming to mind. In the busyness of the school day, we need to keep the focus on learning, students and the IMPACT of everything we do. A good reminder at this time of year.
