Hey @Swiggy , how do you justify not providing a refund for a wrong item that was delivered? I have received a wrong item in my order and the support staff is not taking any action. This is really frustrating, I want an action. NOW.

@amazonIN My delivery is pending for a long time, it was mentioned I would get the order by one day. The delivery agent is unresponsive over call, it has been happening for about 5 days repeatedly. I contacted customer support multiple times and haven’t got a perfect resolution.
