Starting Monday with a small recommendation for anyone who’s also trying to spend less time on their phone.

For a few months, I tried deleting social media apps completely. It sounded like the right thing to do, but it never really worked for me.

which is actually quite nice. My average screen time is now around 2 hours per day. Which is still not “I'm one with nature and read philosophy by candlelight”, but it’s a huge improvement for me.

You got my point, they should learn more technology too, but it's not the main critical thinking pillar
