Hello everyone, please, I urgently need your help and attention. My sister and other NYSC corps members who left Bayelsa State yesterday were attacked along the Kogi Express Road. Sadly, the driver was killed, and the corps members were reportedly taken into the forest.
Up until now, we have not heard from them, and the family is deeply worried and devastated. We have contacted the police, but unfortunately, we have not received any positive feedback yet.
Please, I am appealing to the NYSC, the Federal Government, security agencies, and everyone who can help to urgently intervene and do everything possible to rescue them safely.
Please, we don’t want anything to happen to our loved ones. . They are someone’s children, siblings and loved ones. Their lives matter.
Please help us amplify this message and tag the relevant authorities. We are begging for urgent action before it is too late.

@SarmizOfficial@kimoranky@Proper9jaboy Not really. They were the one that brought the first money they used to start up the company. It's 50 50 between Dbanj and Don jazzy.
SOME OF YOUR “HEALTHY FOODS” CONTAIN ARSENIC, MERCURY, CADMIUM AND LEAD.
Calm down.
I did not say you should throw your food away and begin photosynthesis.
But there is something you need to understand.
Nature is not an organic supermarket.
Food grows in soil. Fish live in water. Plants absorb minerals. Animals eat other animals.
And unfortunately, when the soil, water or food chain contains toxic substances, some of them can enter the food we eat.
Let me show you.
RICE CAN CONTAIN ARSENIC.
Yes. Including Nigerian rice.
Rice absorbs arsenic more easily than many other crops because it is often grown in flooded soil.
And here is the funny part.
Brown rice can sometimes contain MORE arsenic than white rice, because much of the arsenic accumulates in the outer bran layer.
So while some people are insulting you for eating white rice and behaving as if brown rice was harvested from the Garden of Eden…
Chemistry is sitting in one corner laughing.
Does this mean rice is poison? NO.
It means stop eating rice morning, afternoon and night as if your grandfather signed a blood covenant with Oryza sativa.
Wash your rice properly. Cook it in plenty of water and drain the excess when practical. And vary your food.
Now let us continue.
LARGE FISH CAN CONTAIN MORE MERCURY.
Shark. Swordfish. King mackerel. Some large tuna.
Why? Because big fish eat smaller fish. Those smaller fish have eaten other things. Mercury keeps accumulating up the food chain.
By the time you reach the big senior chairman fish, he may have collected mercury contributions from an entire village.
Does that mean stop eating fish? Again, NO.
Eat more lower-mercury fish like sardines, salmon and many smaller fish.
Pregnant women and young children should be especially careful with high-mercury fish.
COCOA AND DARK CHOCOLATE CAN CONTAIN CADMIUM.
Yes. The same dark chocolate people hold like a medical certificate.
Cocoa plants can absorb cadmium from soil. The amount depends heavily on where the cocoa was grown and how the product was processed.
Does this mean dark chocolate will kill you? No.
It means the word “healthy” does not cancel dose, frequency and source.
SPICES CAN CONTAIN LEAD.
This one is more concerning.
Turmeric, chilli powder and other spices can sometimes become contaminated through soil, processing, grinding equipment or deliberate adulteration.
That beautiful powder you bought from an unknown source because the seller said: “100% natural.”
My dear, cyanide is also natural.
“Natural” is not a laboratory result.
Buy spices from reliable sources. Do not assume every colourful powder in an open market is automatically pure because somebody’s grandmother ground it.
LEAFY VEGETABLES CAN ACCUMULATE CONTAMINANTS TOO.
Especially when grown in polluted soil or irrigated with contaminated water.
The vegetable can look green. Fresh. Beautiful. Full of vitamins. And still carry something you did not invite.
This is why I laugh when people divide food into: GOOD FOOD. BAD FOOD. HEALTHY FOOD. UNHEALTHY FOOD.
The real world is more complicated. A food can be highly nutritious and still contain a contaminant.
The question is: HOW MUCH? HOW OFTEN? FROM WHERE? AND HOW ARE YOU PREPARING IT?
The solution is not fear. The solution is intelligence.
Do these things:
1. Vary your food. Do not eat one food every single day because Facebook crowned it a superfood.
2. Wash foods properly. Especially rice, vegetables and produce.
3. Change your sources. Dietary variety can reduce repeated exposure to one contaminant from one particular food or source.
4. Choose smaller fish more often. Especially if fish is a major part of your diet.
5. Buy spices and powders from sources you trust. “Organic” written on nylon with a marker is not quality control.
6. Stop worshipping health foods.
Brown rice is not holy. Dark chocolate is not medicine. Fish is not perfect. Vegetables are not chemically untouchable. And white rice is not Satan’s dandruff.
The goal is not to find a perfectly pure food. You will die searching.
The goal is to reduce unnecessary exposure while still eating a nutritious, varied diet.
Because the dose matters. The frequency matters. The source matters.
And the body remembers what you repeatedly expose it to.
That is the difference between eating in fear and eating with intelligence. One of them keeps you up at night. The other one is a plan.
@MrVickk@nzemmili Are they not Nigerians? They leave there, work there and pay their taxes there too. What else do you want from them. The hausas u guys are referencing, don't build house outside their region. Just few of them do so.
@MrVickk@nzemmili Are u for real? Imagine living in lagos and u own company or organisation that worth tens of millions of naira and u won't get involved in govt decisions and policies. They play. One bad policy from govt can wipe out ur entire business in days.
@DebolaAlaka_@nzemmili@aayzedd The question u should be asking is, how many of these hausa people build a house, rent one or even own a company in Awka. How many of them pay upto 1million in tax.
@neo_officialll Why not make urself or ur family members available for the kidnappers to kidnapp them and then tell them to go to hell. I think u should lead by example. No be cho cho all the time.
