I’ve updated this month’s blog!

This might actually be pretty big news. Yes, we’re planning to launch the new game with multilingual support from day one.

It’s honestly a huge amount of work, but when the game releases, I want everyone around the world to experience it together and get excited at the same time, as much as possible. That’s why we’re pushing ourselves.

And there’s one more important thing I want to say.

Given recent trends, I feel it’s best to be clear about this.

We are not using AI for game translation.

In fact, we are not using AI in any part of the creative process, including writing, visuals, animation, or music.

I understand how quickly AI technology has advanced. But all translations are being handled by human translators.

Subtle nuance, emotional weight, conversational flow, character voice, comedic timing. These are especially difficult areas for AI, particularly in character-driven stories.

AI can produce something that looks decent at first glance, and it can do so quickly. But if we are aiming for the full depth and impact we intend, human creativity is still essential.

Of course, human translation is not automatically perfect. Much depends on the translator’s skill. Still, I believe in people’s ability to understand and convey emotion. I trust the partners who have committed to handling this work with care and responsibility.

Just like you, and probably even more than you, I truly want this to be a great translation. So if you can, please support not only the development team but also the translation team. Your expectations will surely motivate them as well!!!
