A major but silent kidnapping happened in Nigeria
Guess what a Deputy Commissioner of Police said when they were approached?
Guess what the Chief of Staff to the Delta State Governor, Erjijo, who’s a family friend said
And what about the senator.
Read with me
On the night of 9th May 2026, four individuals were abducted while traveling in a Toyota Highlander SUV along the Okigwe-Arondizuogu Road.
They were on their way back from Umuahia-Port-Harcourt when they were intercepted and taken by armed criminals.
The abducted persons are:
1. Chief Uche Oma Amechi
2. Okeoghene Adhekeogba, an Asaba-based lawyer
3. Inspector Abubakar, a Mobile Police Inspector (Contact Tel: 08035845199)
4. Mr. Samson, a domestic staff member working for Chief Uche Oma Amechi
A few days after the incident, the kidnappers contacted the family and demanded a ransom of N23,000,000 (Twenty-Three Million Naira).
Out of desperation to secure the release of their loved ones, the family paid the full ransom amount to the criminals in June 2026.
I will post some of the payment receipts to the kidnappers.
Till now as I write, since the ransom was collected, there has been no further communication from the kidnappers, and the victims have still not been
released.
A formal petition was previously written and submitted to the Commissioner of Police in Owerri, but unfortunately, no significant action has been taken so far.
Meanwhile, the the kidnappers are actively withdrawing money from the victim's bank account via
various P.O.S (Point of Sale) terminals. Furthermore, the victim's phone line remains active, and the criminals are still making calls and sending SMS messages from it.
N8 Million has been given to the police to track and work yet ZERO
N35 Million was paid to a private investigator who’s a retired top police officer and nothing happened.
A Deputy Commissioner of Police told them that they should pray for the release. Prayer has taken over their job
Governor Chief of Staff, Erijo said he’s facing election and no one should disturb him.
The senator said he want to be left alone.
Over N80 million gone from just one family hand in the name of rescuing their daughter.
Four months and citizens are still in the hands of a notorious kidnapping gang, making calls and withdrawing money and you want to tell us that the @PoliceNG do not know what they are doing.
