Boss Nob finished! The pigments at the end really elevated the look and I’m happy with the dusty vibe.

@PePe_Bneco I recently just purchased the Tamiya anti static brush for just this reason, so that I can give my model a dust before I start painting and it prevents some build up!

@PePe_Bneco I use two sets of nippers, a standard one that I use to reverse cut the runners and then a single sided nipper to cut the gate as close as possible. If need be, I’ll use a hobby knife to cut away any remnants or sand with a metal file. That usually gets me good results!

@yoNeeeeee_g I tried it too! Dry brushing metal over the brown and yellow makes a convincing rusty look!

@PePe_Bneco My modelling skills are minimal at best, but there are plenty of files available on websites like cults3d and myminifactory when it comes to basing or little creatures!

@PePe_Bneco I used to try and paint parts separately, but decided I’d never get through anything if I kept painting that way! Now I use my airbrush to prime black, then a lighter colour from above (zenithal highlight). That way, I only need to worry about painting over the lighter colour!
