want to know why i adore valko and why he has a special place in my heart? because on june 23rd (a day after his announcement & the day after my birthday), i was sitting in oncology waiting to see my thoracic surgeon about the mesh in my sternum. ( i have a rare bone disease & had to get my manubrium removed which had a chicken egg sized tumor in it ).

i was literally watching valko’s announcement, all the tweets, and videos of him. i’ve always loved wolves since i was little (i blame my mother for this because they are her favorite animals). but anyways, hearing his voice and seeing him just made me excited and feel good for once. he was literally making me forget why i was in the damn hospital in the first place.

then my surgeon said “hey the tumor was a sarcoma and it is highly likely that the cancer has spread to your other surrounding bones.”

i was in shock, but not too much because i was always told since i was little that this could happen. it just had to hit me post birthday and during a time when i was like legit excited over things.

so it did hurt when infold said that stuff about valko because i grew attached to the big goofy ass wolf. and i’m gonna fucking fight from my bed to keep him in game. i love caleb with all my heart, but valko pushed harder.

now i see valko as this big bright ball of optimism and honestly i just tell myself to keep going because of him! so yeah, ive grown far too attached to this wolfie.
