UPDATED - The @ValkyriesYXE and @SaskHilltops sign in the north end zone of SMF Field has been corrected after the Valkyries won their last #WWCFL title in late June. The sign lists the total WWCFL titles won by the Valkyries and the total #CJFL titles claimed by the Hilltops.

As @ValkyriesYXE prepare to battle for a fifth consecutive WWCFL title, a new player in the Canadian women's tackle football world has emerged.

The Women's Football Alliance has plans to expand to Canada in 2026, with Saskatoon & Regina being identified as potential markets.

For the fifth season in a row, @ValkyriesYXE have recorded a perfect regular season with a 16-12 victory over the Manitoba Fearless.

Valkyries finish atop of the WWCFL standings at 4-0 and will host a semi-final tilt on June 21st at SMF Field.
