Here are some highlights of how we supported Mental Health Awareness Week 2024 during the 13th - 19th May.
Everyone got involved across the charity to promote such an important issue. There were so many different ways this support was expressed. #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek
Belonging to a community group helps people feel connected to others and provides emotional support.
One of these such groups is the Swanwick Men's Shed, a fabulous group of people who put their handy skills to good use. #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek
Valley CiDS supported #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek, to help raise awareness of mental health issues.
We see the importance of talking about mental health and well-being throughout our work with young people, children and families and to provide help and support.
