• Hampton Roads Chamber: “we are writing to share our support for Rocket Lab’s acquisition of Iridium Communications and to encourage the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to grant rapid approval for this acquisition”

• SpaceX: “Iridium’s demand for veto power over its competitors’ use of critical, shared Ka-band spectrum reinforces serious concerns as to whether its proposed transaction with Rocket Lab is in the public interest.” (Notes Iridium withdrew its 116 petitions to block SpaceX backhaul; does not oppose the deal.)

• Ligado: Cites SpaceX that “Iridium exploits Commission procedure to deny or delay its competitors from providing better service to millions of American consumers, businesses, and first responders,” and says it has experienced the same tactics. Asks whether the application would “frustrate rather than advance competition for Mobile Satellite Service (MSS) offerings.”

Is there any stock experiencing a more unjustified sell-off than Ouster?

This company is on fire, executing like crazy in a rapidly growing industry. 14 consecutive quarters of revenue growth, zero debt, $450M in cash, projected annual growth of 30–50% and profitability expected in 2027.

Why would anyone sell right now? I genuinely don't get it.

I guess it's a great opportunity for those of us looking to increase our positions, but this sell-off makes little sense to me.

I think it's smart of Rocket Lab to engage with both sides of the political aisle, whether it's Hegseth or Newsom.

Both parties should recognise the tremendous value Rocket Lab brings to America.

Rocket Lab is great for America. Period.

Now that the bad news is out of the way, I still believe we're going to get a monster quarter from Rocket Lab.

Wouldn't surprise me one bit if earnings are the catalyst that takes us back to $100.

Rocket Lab's Neutron delay discussed on Bloomberg 👀

"Analysts saying this sucks, this isn't an ideal situation.

But [Neutron] is still something that's worth the wait.

If you think about the competitors right now, there's not very many. You have SpaceX, they have the Falcon 9, and they will actually be transitioning and sunsetting that one as they focus more on the Starship vehicle."

I liked this overall take on the situation. These talking heads are, as usual, missing some important information about the company and don't get everything right, but it's still nice to see coverage that isn't all doom and gloom and actually tries to understand what the delay means for Rocket Lab.

Crazy to me that a high-quality company like Ouster is getting dumped like some rubbish penny stock.

If it drops below $30, I'll find a way to scrape together more cash to buy the shit out of that dip.

And if that means starting an OnlyFans, so be it.
