March 18, 2025 saw https://t.co/vs65zsxnRs’s first ever euro bond issue, successfully attracting some of the largest investors in the US, Europe and Asia with these 5-year notes worth $650 million.

https://t.co/vs65zsxnRs bonds pay a 6.25% coupon and are due in 2030. The raised funds will be used for development and general corporate purposes.

$HEPS valuation assuming a Trendyol multiple (largest eComm player in #Turkey - With $KSPI management running it, there is HUGE upside here (>250%). May take a couple years, but you'll be paid to wait.

$KSPI management in discussions to buy a bank for $HEPS showing they are focused on expansion into Turkey and moving quick! It has only been a month since CEO of Kaspi appointed chairman of Hepsiburada. I wouldn't bet against these guys.
