@KreekCraft Roblox deleted my accounts after my brother sent an email about people abusing DMCA's in 2021.

7 months after I was told my account was deleted due to Nike clothes in a group back in 2016 when I was 14 years old. I had $1 million dollars of Robux. No strike or warning.

Roblox's repeat infringer DMCA policy is bullshit if it isn't possible to take down the assets in advance. Clothing **NEEDS** to be archivable. I've had more than a few friends terminated now because of this.

@MaximumADHD This is good news! I have tried reaching out to you. My account was deleted for having copyrighted clothing in an old group that was uploaded in 2016. I submitted multiple IP Removal Requests before being deleted. Had no strikes and 1 million dollars of earnings in my account.

@IceyDevvv @SiskeIIa The ban was unexpected and I had no reason to believe this would happen. I was expanding a dev team, reinvesting back into my projects and planned to cash out a significant DevEx.

@StarrySheRblx @GoldenAvyeus @Roblox @robloxdevrel I don't believe there is a limit on the number of accounts you can own. Over 15 of my accounts were terminated all for the same reason.

@howmanysmaII @Roblox @robloxdevrel Yes, I use a couple of alts. Mainly because of this very exact reason. I've always been fearful of false moderation, I've seen many developers deleted out of nowhere.

All my accounts have just been terminated, I do not know why, I’ve done nothing to breach Roblox’s TOS. This has left me quite shaken as my account is of significant value, and the time put into developing is immeasurable.

@SloppyRBLX I'm all for modernizing, but there are certain ways around it. Introducing new materials that are drastically different from previous ones and then removing the old ones is the wrong way.

"After a lot of discussions" - Roblox will officially remove all the original materials and replace them with "improved ones".

This will damage many games (experiences) - I don't think Roblox understands the seriousness of this.
