Most of the refs don't call a foul on this and allow play to continue. The only times where it is a penalty is when a foul causes injury

Its happens in the game almost every time you imbecile, so how don't you see it

You either miss, its saved, or it goes in

Getting tackled like that outside the box will almost always be a foul as there is a higher chance you can rebound, but in close shots, it usually doesn't happen

Releasing the ball in the form of a pass and getting tackled is a foul

its different to releasing it as a shot, as you still have to move after passing

What other argument do you have? The refs know this, thats why they don't call anything like that.
