@hvyhtr42 so how come the French revolution was as violent as it was ?
You said yourself that there were more white people in that revolution than our current protests, yet it was much more violent
@hvyhtr42 im assuming from your account that you're likely not french and probably have only consumed media that tell you what you want to hear,
those protests included much more white people that you think they did,
if you somehow are French im assuming you weren't out with them to see it
@hvyhtr42 i never mentionned right or left wing tho. Just reminding you that protests and revolt has always been a thing deemed as violent and that its a very prominent part of French history, history just repeats itself
@hvyhtr42 you really would hate learning about the french revolution and how france contructed itself, i fear it wasn't sunshine and rainbows unfortunately
french people really went, rioted, overturned the monarchy and decapitated the king & queen in the late 18th century only for foreign neo nazis on twitter to claim modern day french protests as result of anti western civilization immigration 😭
Buildings can be rebuilt. Lives lost to cruelty and exploitation cannot. Don’t want to lose beautiful historic architecture? Don’t fuck with people’s well being.
