Food adulteration is already rampant and needs attention. I thought FSSAI will take but no hope. Instead fixing that petrol adulteration has started in the name of blended fuel - mileage drops - more burden on middleclass families
@SBICard_Connect Thanks! Finally, I could close my card. As I already mentioned in my previous messages, there is zero hope that you can resolve based on customer preference. For doing this, you need time by giving a reason to check internally. Anyways I'm good for being disconnected.
@SBICard_Connect The card issued to me does not meet my needs, and the card I wanted was not approved despite my excellent CIBIL score.
Please share the process to close the card ending with 2056. I see no benefit in continuing with this card and wish to close it.

Daily can't send reminders. How long will it take to check with your internal team for the grievance raised though I'm confident that you can't do anything in terms of fixing the issue? Just buying time is not a good practice. Don't treat customer concerns like this.
@AxisBankSupport The purpose of raising an SR is to investigate why customer care repeatedly provided incorrect information despite multiple confirmations but not to repeat the same song. Such a response adds no value and only keeps the customer waiting. Poor resolution from @AxisBank.
Never expected @AxisBank customer service to be so poor. One executive confirms a resolution but the call gets transferred and the next person completely reverses the decision saying it's not possible. A complete waste of time and effort. Better to stay away. Check call recording

@Vidyut Every vehicle owner feels this pain. How much can a common man really do, and who listens? Public posts on X carry limited impact. A strong opposition voice matters more, as it represents the people's concerns, regardless of political party. Ethanol blend is causing many issues.
