I think I might have an answer, perhaps even the dreaded word "solved" this lost story thread, and what a part of FNaF's story at the time of FNaF4 being the Final Chapter might have originally been intended to be before World, SL, and beyond came into the picture.
A thread.🧵
@ABrian2345@FNAFtwtconfess There's a major difference Charlie being bullied by kids and lonely for two years until the MCI, & Charlie being ignored by every adult she pleaded for and lonely for 20 years still without anyone. Execution is certainly arguable, but not the reasons themselves.
@GageLee1706@FNAFtwtconfess Now do they have the objective conclusion to everything? Of course not. But there's nothing impossible about them being able to reach the same point anyone who's been here longer is at in the given timeframe. FNaF doesn't take years to learn the ins and outs of.
@GageLee1706@FNAFtwtconfess You can in fact go through everything FNaF has to offer in the 7 months since the 2nd film's release and generally understand the sum of what you've gone through. They have those 12 years of info available in an instant, of course they are capable of piecing it together quicker.
Happy 11th anniversary FNaC!! 🥳🎁🎉
My partner @friied_guy and I collaborated on some Candy’s art recently! They did the line-art while I did the coloring.
@Jabrunk04@pacikiara@ToadyFNaF1987 This is true of most people who say this. They don't understand the difference between expansions on story/world/character elements compared to contradicting previous information. There are definitely some retcons, but the exaggeration is insane and tiring.
@PCF2024@bann33d2@ToadyFNaF1987 Everything SEEMS retconned because people keep treating theories, speculation, and assumptions as facts. FNaF by no means has great storytelling, but half the problem in how bad it looks is people who didn't make the story presented their interpretations as if they're objective.
@FNAFSOTM TJoC - "The downfall of a creator's life being destroyed by their own creation coming back to haunt them."
Disconnected narratives that tie back to Freddy's, but ultimately self contained stories that are anthologies rather than needing to always be part of a bigger whole.
@FNAFSOTM I feel that something akin to the Fanverse games works for that kind of thing.
FNaC - "A competitor to Freddy's that has its own incidents & tragedies."
Popgoes - "A person whose life was permanently altered by their experience at Freddy's, branching into horrors of its own."
