Black people have a defiant spirit of laughter when it comes to dealing with pain because there has been so much of it. I don’t feel the need to elucidate that for you. But I also don’t mind being transparent and say that this was a very painful moment for me. On many levels.
@AmericanAir still said it was my fault that I didn't call to let them know that the kiosk and website were down and that there was only one attendant at the counter who took almost an hour on one customer. 2 customers in line were already on the line and missed the flight🤷🏿♂️
@AmericanAir Even though it is a regional airport, when the site is down and the app is down, there should be more help available. The rudeness was a bonus. I can understand her frustration as well. There were 6 people who waited on line for over 30 minutes as she dealt with 1 passenger.
