@AshokaMody Dear Prof Mody: Your book India is Broken- And Why it is Hard to Fix- is very engaging, revealing, unpallatable to many in India but absolutely Spot-On! Given this absence of political will , what will finally happen- social unrest or status-quo continues endlessly?

While qualification is certainly an asset, let's remember that some of the best leaders Abraham Lincoln , President of USA and closer home Sh. K Kamaraj ,erstwhile CM of TN were not formally educated. Wisdom and virtuous behaviour are not necessarily born of education
@ArvindKejriwal It is wrong to ascribe education to wisdom. While education is certainly an asset to belittle an uneducated head of a country reflects a narrow vision. Neither the most successful President Abraham Lincoln nor
closer home Kamaraj CM of Tamilnadu were formally qualified!
@Jairam_Ramesh Absolutely. An independent committe ( transparently selected on merit and without any political affiliation or motive) is very important and crucial to understanding the real state of affairs and avoid future occurrences of a similarvnature
@ArvindKejriwal
Dear Shri Kejriwalji: Please refrain from opening temples post May 31. This can wait. It's not a priority. The risk of crowding and flouting social distancing is high in temples and religious places. Even gyms can wait. Precaution and extra care is important.
I think it will be a good idea to disincentivize mall and cinema hall visits to sustain gains of lockdown, by charging an entry fee of say Rs.3000/- per person to these locations for atleast a year..food for thought...

@ArvindKejriwal Can you please ensure that Shaheenbagh protesters are immediately evacuated. They pose a serious threat to the spread of corono virus..this should be treated with utmost priority!
@IIMAhmedabad@FT@StatistaCharts And that's because IIMs are not yet offering the MBA degree, it's called PGPM, post graduate program in management, which is equivalent to MBA, so the correct comparision should be with international MBA programs
@IIMAhmedabad@FT@StatistaCharts If you notice the comparison of IIM A is with international masters in Mt programs not the international MBA programs of the respective international schools. The salary levels of top international MBA programs would be significantly higher
@ndcnn Carpets always pose issues of maintenance and upkeep..floors can be hard grsined and made suitable for public spaces..the airport will look neater and easier to handle..as an ex employee of the co I have seen most people giving this feedback
Accidents like the recent one on Golf Course Road, Gurgaon can be curtailed if roads in Delhi and NCRstretches have many more cameras that heavily fine vehicles that speed.Kolkata has done it. Accidents always happen due to speeding not traffic intensity.
Do we need more proof of the traumatic effects of global warming? The sad plight of people in Kerala, the skewded imbalances in the quantum of rainfall and the unusual weather patterns increasingly evident all over..Need to quickly act with a sustainable mission ?!
Atal Behari Vajpayee was a rare gem among politicians; made his point,differed and conducted himself with grace..best tribute by the political class will be if they take a leaf and attempt to walk his talk
