Let’s go @AGonzalez2027

Massive PR for Ava this morning finishing in 18:45!

[Shawn Siemers @Siemers_XC_TF]

The Mayde Creek girls just redefined what's possible.

- Jamie crushing an 18:06 for 3rd
- Claudia ripping a 19:01
- Ava locking down a 19:31
- Sophie rising up to 20:30
- Denise closing strong at 21:31

Let's put it in perspective - these are the top 10 teams today at Nike South:

1. Flower Mound (#1 in Texas)
2. Northwest Nelson (#5)
3. The Woodlands (#4)
4. Lewisville Marcus (#9)
5. Southlake Carroll (#2)
6. Katy (#8)
7. Episcopal (SPC State Champs)
8. Kingwood (Region 3 champs, 5th at State last year)
9. MAYDE CREEK 😤
10. Klein (6th at State last year)

Today isn't about 'belonging.' It's about rising.
Shattering expectations.
And writing our legacy.

Mayde Creek isn't just here. We're here to stay.

[Shawn Siemers @Siemers_XC_TF]

Our individual medalists this morning.

Huge day for our program.
- 1 team championship (varsity girls)
- Varsity boys (4th), JV girls (5th)
- 11 PR’s

The Creek is Rising!

[Shawn Siemers @Siemers_XC_TF]

The Mayde Creek girls placed 3 in the top 15 this morning:

1st place - @JamieKlander 17:46.3 (PR, school record)
5th place - @AGonzalez2027 19:39.2 (4th consecutive top 10 finish)
14th place - Sophie Ilagan 20:43.2 (super freshman, boss of everyone)
