Very disappointed by the lack of support from @TicketmasterDE re the sale of 2x tickets for @Adele sat separately when i specifically did NOT confirm this when asked! Just why would I buy two separate tickets unless I’m a bot wanting to sell, which I’m not! Such a shame 😢

@virginmedia They say it “should” be fixed and it isn’t or that they can’t fix it and another engineer will be in touch. Numerous complaints “resolved” by your staff when they aren’t. After over 2hrs on phone today, at last I’ve been allowed to disconnect without fee. Disgraceful service!

@virginmedia Your company is totally incompetent. Most of your front facing team members are very pleasant but their hands are tied and they can’t help. I work from home, my husband runs a business from home and we have 3 children who need WiFi. I pay for a service which has never worked 😡
