@niketrajdwivedi Life will be hectic forever specially after kids and Don't lock yourself in a decade long EMI with 8% interenst, value your freedom.
Keep investing in US/India Mutual Funds, after a decade your investment will grow 7 inches and then you can outright buy a property.
@shubh19 Google!
* Chance to move to USA on L1 and chance to FIRE early
* $GOOG baby!
* Learn from the smartest engineer
* where else to go after google feeling! ( which leads to people starting their own startup eventually ).
@voyaged43502@Intrinsic_cycle I don't disagree with you. But top creators make shit ton of money is true. But all top engineers make 1M+ is incorrect. Many top engineers just make 300K.
@Intrinsic_cycle@IndianCitizen21 Absotely wrong, they might loose cashflow as they grow old but by the time they have already made solid assets and setup businesses, that power them without playing or acting.
@sumitkbehal Only personal finance advice one needs is to build hardcore emergency funds for the forseeable future. It is dependent on your current lifestyle. It may very well be way less than 1 Crore.
@suritalreja That's not true brother. At that salary, you could save about 60-80K USD per year depending upon lifestyle. That's easily more than 40LPA.
@Aditya73927510 2 lakh is not enough. Once you have a wife and two kids, you would probably be left with a few thousand rupees, how much wealth can you create from that?
@niketrajdwivedi I would start with 4.8L per month Work From Office.
Try to save 4L per month for as much as you want, live on 80k per month. Once you feel you have sufficient, move to Work From Home for 2.5L per month.
