What a pathetic service provided by Indian Railways, All the trains getting delayed, getting stopped between stations for multiple hrs. No correct update from Indian Railways.
Three days back 16031 train reached the destination with the delay of 8hrs

@RailwaySeva What should we do with this complaint, I don't see any solution here. Today also vande Bharat 22478 is late by 8 hrs. How can we expect the same train start on time tomorrow. Government should take some initiative for the passengers if the train is late by more than 2 hrs

@consumerforum_ @ACTFibernet Had a next level conversation with customer care. Technicians work timings are till 7:30pm so if the issue is not resolved, customer can go to hell. They will check the issue next day. Customers should also do the same, pay the bill on day time weekdays.
