@ZoomCarIndia Even after this, I called customer care to know if they can resolve it quickly, but @ZoomCarIndia executive put me on hold saying he wants to have a word with his senior and then disconnected. I guess I'll have to quit on the idea that you'll make it right to a customer.

@ZoomCarIndia did an absolute fraud with us. We paid for an car, went searching for it location was incorrect. 3 executives gave false hopes and hung up. Never received a call back or refund. Ticket number 800162. Suggest never take a zoomcar ever again. I sure won't. 9096077618

A @TataSky technical associate visited; changed receiver & moved the position of the antenna as requested. While closing the complaint lied to their agent that no part was changed. But claimed cash of ₹450 while we had no parts changed on record.
