Why don’t FNCS Divisional Cups use the same qualification system as for LAN events? If Top 200 in Div 4 qualify for Div 3, why don’t teams already in Div 3/2/1 get skipped, like already-qualified teams in LAN qualifiers? Why is it still a fixed Top 200?
