During my journey, used & dirty bed linen was provided. Replacement was also unclean. Hand towel missing. RailMadad app was not working.

The system clearly responds—but often only when pushed.
Requesting authorities to ensure:
• Clean linen as a standard
• Functional grievance systems
• Accountability without escalation

Why should passengers need to escalate publicly for basic hygiene?
This isn’t an isolated case. I’ve had to raise similar issues on a few occasions earlier as well—resolution usually comes after escalation.
