“Vantor’s images go directly from the satellite to the soldier’s tablet, phone or laptop in as little as 15 minutes, bypassing a centralized review in Kyiv that has tended to slow down the flow of intelligence to the front line by hours or days.
One Ukrainian fighter said intelligence received from human sources on the location of Russian targets required at least two days of review time in Kyiv. A former soldier in Ukraine said geospatial intelligence was sometimes so stale by the time it reached the units at the front line, soldiers couldn’t act on it.”

New: Before he was announced as Trump’s pick to lead the US intel community as acting DNI, Bill Pulte did not have a security clearance granting him access to highly-classified information, per multiple sources.
ODNI initiated the vetting process for his security clearance on Thursday by requesting a background investigation, one of the sources told CNN.
Lebanese President Aoun accused Iran of using Lebanon as a “bargaining chip” in negotiations with the U.S., saying Tehran was acting “for the sake of their own interest” while the Lebanese people “are paying the price.” In an interview with CNN, Aoun rejected an IRGC statement demanding Israel’s withdrawal from Lebanon as part of a U.S.-Iran ceasefire agreement, telling Iran’s elite force: “It’s not your country, it’s our country.” Aoun said Lebanon and Israel had reached a ceasefire implementation agreement after “tough” negotiations, calling it a possible path toward a “just and lasting peace,” though Hezbollah, which was not part of the deal, rejected it.

Iran-linked tankers have been anchoring about 20 km offshore from Galle, Sri Lanka, likely for logistical support from local service providers but also in response to pressure from the U.S. blockade. On June 3, three Iran-flagged tankers, all unladen, plus three ghost fleet tankers, one of which carrying Iranian crude which is indicated by the red highlight in the map below, were anchored near Galle.
