Once Again pathetic response from @zomatocare . I mean their strategy to loot people is too good, we will provide you bad food and yet won't provide you any solution to it. @jagograhakjago look into their business for once.
@zomatocare I ordered three items, one of which was stale - could be sensed by the smell. I couldn't eat it, and the cherry on the top is that the delivery guy was waiting outside the restaurant they didn't hand it over to him on time. He texted me and then I called them.
Or is it like government would never interfere into the matters of those who are giving them profits. @deepigoyal kudos for your profit margins solution for your own company @zomato@MOFPI_GOI@fooddeptgoi

I order quite often from @Chaayos via @zomato.
Tonight, I ordered my usual—Podi Idli + Desi Chai. Unfortunately, the food was completely bland, and the quantity was disappointing.
I reached out to @zomatocare, but they failed miserably—no help provided, no connection to an executive.
The food was inedible, my money was wasted and I got zero support.
Requesting @jagograhakjago@ConsumerVoices to take note.
@Chaayos@zomato – this is unacceptable. Do better
Constant lies from them.
I've a concern regarding the pickup of my item. I placed the item for return on the 7th May, 2025. I received a message stating that the item would be picked up the very next day. I also received all the details regarding the pickup & delivery executive.
If the order can be delivered to the address already provided, how does it suddenly become incomplete at the time of pickup? The assigned delivery executive clearly stated that he wouldn't be coming to pick it up and that someone else in the area would do so.
Some of you might say stop traveling in public transport so let me just remind you that "this is my right, I have all the rights to travel in public transport and raise my voice against the wrongdoings.

I believe there is a limit to everything, and people need to understand boundaries so they don’t cross them. Today, I was traveling home by metro (Greater Noida), and if you’re familiar with the Aqua Line, it’s often empty, and people easily get seats.
The situation was so discomforting and ugly. I had luggage(a big bag and another backpack) with me, I could have given him the entire space after his nonsense. Why can't people simply understand the rule of maintaining a distance.
