Maybe he called on Congress because he knows they won’t pass any NIL laws, making it easier for the P5s to move in and take control of collegiate athletics.
With the NCAA begging Congress for an NIL mandate, Greg Sankey could have used Monday to unveil a pathway forward. A plan for revenue sharing or pressuring the NCAA to enforce its rules.
