जिस तरह हजारों की संख्या में छात्र अपनी वाजिब मांगों को लेकर रांची में डटे हुए हैं, यह इस आंदोलन की ताकत को दिखाता है। यह आंदोलन जरूर कामयाब होगा।

छात्रों की मांग है कि JPSC और JSSC की भर्ती परीक्षाओं में अनियमितताओं की CBI जांच कराई जाए, भर्ती प्रक्रिया को पूरी तरह पारदर्शी बनाया जाए और गड़बड़ी के लिए जिम्मेदार लोगों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए।

इस आंदोलन में शामिल हजारों छात्र ही इसकी सबसे बड़ी ताकत और चेहरा हैं। धीरे-धीरे @khurpenchh , @TheLallantop अन्य स्थानीय मीडिया की वजह से इस आंदोलन की चर्चा राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भी होने लगी है।

कम से कम दिल्ली में हुए आंदोलन से सीख लेते हुए झारखंड सरकार को समय रहते पहल करनी चाहिए।

बिहार में एक छात्र अभिषेक ने सिर्फ इतना किया कि सरकारी स्कूल की बदहाल हालत पर सवाल उठा दिया। बच्चों को स्कूल में ताला लगाकर बंद रखने, माता-पिता को अंदर आने से रोकने और शिक्षा व्यवस्था की लापरवाही के खिलाफ उसने आवाज उठाई। लेकिन सिस्टम को सच पसंद नहीं आया, और नतीजा यह हुआ कि सवाल पूछने वाले छात्र को ही जेल में डाल दिया गया।

हमारे देश में अक्सर यही होता है –
गरीब और आम लोगों की आवाज दबा दी जाती है। जो पढ़ाई, अधिकार और सम्मान की बात करे, उसे ही आरोपी बना दिया जाता है। क्या यही लोकतंत्र है, जहाँ शिक्षा मांगने वाला अपराधी बन जाता है और व्यवस्था की खामियाँ उजागर करने वाले को सजा मिलती है?

यह सिर्फ एक छात्र की कहानी नहीं है, यह उस व्यवस्था का आईना है जहाँ सच बोलना सबसे बड़ा जुर्म बना दिया जाता है। लेकिन याद रखिए, सवाल पूछना अपराध नहीं है और शिक्षा मांगना किसी भी बच्चे का अधिकार है।

आज पूरा देश देख रहा है –
अन्याय ज्यादा देर तक नहीं टिकता। अभिषेक को तुरंत रिहा किया जाना चाहिए और शिक्षा व्यवस्था की उन खामियों पर कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए जिनके खिलाफ उसने आवाज उठाई। यही सच्चे लोकतंत्र की पहचान होगी।
