Regular reminder:

A key property of a blockchain is that even a 51% attack *cannot make an invalid block valid*. This means even 51% of validators colluding (or hit by a software bug) cannot steal your assets.

However, this property does not carry over if you start trusting your validator set to do other things, that the chain does not have control over - at that point, 51% of validators can collude and give a wrong answer, and you don't have any recourse.

My single most controversial take of this cycle

is that OLD COINS will make you richer than new ones this cycle

Now this may seem absolutely INSANE in the context of a meme coin cycle

Most of the reason people hate "VC coins" is that there were years of token overhang so they never pumped

Well kids, those vesting schedules are done now. Almost every big DeFi name is nearly fully circ and they still run shit

Once they pivot to token buybacks and burns we will see these old dino coins fly 20-50X+ and you will not have to wake up in cold sweats every night holding them

That's why they will make you richer than the memes, which we've already seen burn 99% of people gambling on them

I'm going to still play onchain but I look forward to winning in size on several of these bets that new gen crypto have written off as dead due to token overhangs that are no longer a factor

TLDR, fully circulating VC coins will create way more winners than meme coins this cycle

Let's bet on this shit

It's so wild how ETH goes up a bunch which leads to altcoins going up a lot which leads to ETH pulling back a tiny bit which leads to altcoins going back to zero

Pretty clear that there is a sticky bid for ETH, probably wisest to stick to that if you're not an excellent trader

[bratz boy @Varuna_Water]

what's the last thing that made you feel actually rich, not the bank-account kind?

[bratz boy @Varuna_Water]

3am walk. empty streets, warm lights, cold air. green candles in my pocket but the real luxury is this quiet. money buys stillness, not the other way around.

Honestly, Poland dragging its feet on crypto regulation while a homegrown exchange scandal blows up feels backwards to me. Clear rules would protect users, not scare them off. Feels like politics over progress. Thoughts? #crypto

[bratz boy @Varuna_Water]

Everyone's obsessed with the next 100x memecoin while ignoring the actual alpha: onchain data is screaming that smart money has been quietly rotating for weeks. Most of you will notice after the candles print.

Which altcoin does a 10x by 2029?

$SOL
$ZEC
$HYPE
$LINK
$ONDO
$SUI
$ENA

Which ones am I missing?

[Ash Crypto @AshCrypto]

BTC will hit $200k, ETH will pump to $10k

Altcoins will pump 10x-15x in a day

The CLARITY Act will be passed

Countries will push for crypto adoption

Governments will start allocating Bitcoin as a reserve

Banks will adopt blockchain

YOU'RE NOT READY FOR THE NEXT BULL RUN.

Another wild day in crypto and I'm sitting here wondering... does anyone actually sleep in this space anymore? The pace is unreal lately. Feels like we cram a full market cycle into 24 hours. Who else is glued to the charts? #Crypto

[bratz boy @Varuna_Water]

keynes' beauty contest but with leverage — anyone got book recs that go deeper into this reflexive stuff?

[bratz boy @Varuna_Water]

reading a game theory book and now i can't look at markets the same way. every trade is just people trying to out-predict each other predicting them. crypto especially feels like a live experiment in this stuff

[bratz boy @Varuna_Water]

my portfolio goes up, my sleep hours go down 😅 charts don't check the clock and neither do I apparently

[bratz boy @Varuna_Water]

When Kraken pulls the promo and the media group listed in the tokenomics runs for the hills before launch... maybe that's the market telling you something? Rugs usually come after the hype, not before. Who's actually touching this? #memecoin

[bratz boy @Varuna_Water]

Wow, the Zondacrypto saga just keeps getting deeper Fifth suspect now charged as users are still sitting on ~$94M in frozen funds. Wild to think this was once BitBay. Self-custody hitting different today. Who else is following this? #crypto

sunday morning, coffee, and a 40-page whitepaper. is it really a problem if i'm having fun?

Drop your thoughts below.

bbq loaded, beers cold, phone facedown. told the group chat no charts talk today or you're on grill duty 🍖

[bratz boy @Varuna_Water]

anyone else find that checking prices less actually makes you hold longer?

[bratz boy @Varuna_Water]

Honestly, the daily crypto news cycle feels like a rollercoaster I never signed up for but can't get off. Some days it's pure hopium, others it's straight chaos. I've learned to just zoom out and stack through the noise.

Anyone else numb to the headlines? 📉📈

[bratz boy @Varuna_Water]

reading game theory and my brain refuses to shut up about markets

every trade is a prisoner's dilemma. every pump is a coordination game. every rug is defection paying off short term.

we're all just playing each other lol
