Lots of debris gathering on the side of this rail bridge that goes over the Cape Fear River in Fayetteville,NC! Some worry if it’ll be able to withstand the pressure. Just a week ago, I was standing below it, looking up, thinking “no way that water gets THAT high”. I was wrong!
