@RupakChatto No Sir . Even for my son’s ITIN , the officials asked for passport along with US school records . From passport they got citizenship . Thats mandatory . Even if i had his birth certificate , it doesn’t matter to them at all . This all confusion my MEA is simply digressing .

Hence its verification is already two tier .
So it’s a valid citizenship doc .if not then what else .
If you travel abroad how you prove being Indian ?
Nothing is purely legal or illegal .
