@__LV19__ Messi did the same reckless foul and nothing in their first game. Yet here it has actually been refereed correctly as a reckless foul but outcome is being disputed. The problem is inconsistency in the officiating because FIFA want Messi in the tournament as it keeps money flowing
@barton641505@__LV19__ What is frustrating is that this is a foul all day and in football it doesn’t have to be deliberate. Reckless is enough for red card. My problem is that Messi did the same but didn’t get sent off, the injustice is the inconsistency.
@SaulStaniforth@mrjakehumphrey She makes no sense. They aren’t avoiding tax. They decided to reside elsewhere. Besides- should UK non residents or anybody who didn’t pay tax in UK have access to services and benefits? I think this reporter is jealous 😂
@DeadlineDayLive The two bring different amount of income to the sport. It’s like comparing apples with lemons. If the income generated becomes equal then they should be paid equally. I recently read that women actually get a larger % of the revenue pot at World Cup in comparison to men. Parity??
@stillared1887 @hugoknowsball Are we going to forget the injuries and players at AFCON and pretend that didn’t happen whilst Amorim was there? The squad is still not good deep enought, it will take one or two injuries and we will be exposed again.
@RealSihleIV@Footballtweet It’s always about revenue in football Sponsorships, gate receipts, shirts sold, TV views, headlines made. Ronaldo transcends football, I have no idea who the female soccer player is.
@Footballtweet I didn’t even know her. How much revenue does she bring in? How many Shirts does she Sell globally each year. That’s what the wage should be relevant to.
