In a HTF bull trend every new high that’s purged will entice “macro“ sellers and irritate micro buyers
In a HTF bear trend every new low that’s purged will entice “macro“ buyers and irritate micro sellers
The experienced understand every price leg has a purpose
HTF Directional Bias, Key level, LTF behavior & Time of engagement.
You need to have all of these in alignment when looking to execute on your idea.
And remember, only seek high-probability asymmetric RR setups with controlled risk exposure and you’ll be fine.
When you learn how to operate within this framework, 1 winning trade idea can cover 10/15/20 losses in a row.
It begins to become genuinely difficult not to make money. But first you have to master LTF alignment, and not be an emotional and impulsive degenerate while doing so.
Little to no time is spent on the actual execution of the trade.
Majority of my efforts are dedicated on what should make me want to be a buyer, a seller or, many times, just someone who stays on the sidelines.
That’s the job of a trader.
You see everyone scalping, know why?
Because their HTF bias sucks, scalping gives them the opportunity to make mistakes and impulsively gamble again and again without being forced to correct their mistakes.
They are scalpers by force, not by choice or merit.
Don’t do that.
