2ನೇ ಕನ್ನಡ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಆಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಕುಲಪತಿಗಳಾದ ಡಾ. ಭಗವಾನ್ ಬಿ.ಸಿ. ಅವರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಲಸಚಿವರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಅರ್ಜುನ್ ಒಡೆಯರ್, ಕುಲಸಚಿವರು (ಮೌ) ಡಾ. ಸಂದೀಪ್ ವಿ., ಹಣಕಾಸು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಿ.ಕೆ. ಗಂಗಾಧರ್, ಪ್ರಸಾರಾಂಗ ವಿಭಾಗದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ಡಾ. ಬಿ.ಜೆ. ಮಹೇ��ದ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಕನ್ನಡ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಡಾ. ಎಸ್.ಪಿ. ಯೋಗಣ್ಣ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಇತರೆ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದ ರೂಪುರೇಷೆ, ಸಿದ್ಧತೆಗಳು, ವಿವಿಧ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಆಯೋಜನೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಮಹತ್ವದ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
